Either way this is not a problem, you can just change the icon back to its default icon
Why is one specific folder icon blue?
New laptop with Windows 11, coming from older laptop with Windows 10. I'm beginning to migrate my data, and I noticed that most of the file folders migrated already (on to the new Windows 11 machine) are the standard yellow color, while one is blue. What does the blue color signify? I haven't noticed anything unusual in the folder properties. Google hasn't been all that helpful.

This should not automatically happen to a normal folder.
Right click that folder and select Properties.
On the resulting dialog, select the Customize tab and click 'Change Icon'.
There you will be able to set that folder icon back to the default.

2024-01-21T19:40:42+00:00 This blue folder is one of several desktop folders I created, each holding an assortment of various file types within. For whatever reason, one of those folders is blue. I can't do a screen shot at this moment, but I compared the attributes to the yellow folders and didn't see any differences.

In Windows 11, usually it is only the user library folders that have a different color, right click that folder and select Properties, please provide a screenshot of the resulting dialog box.
