HI, Kal D
Welcome to the Microsoft Community.
It seems like you're experiencing intermittent connectivity issues on your PC. There could be several potential causes for this problem, and here are a few troubleshooting steps you can try:
1. Check your network hardware: Ensure that all cables are securely connected to your modem/router. If you're using Wi-Fi, try resetting your router or moving closer to it to see if that improves the connection stability.
2. Update network drivers: Outdated or incompatible network drivers can cause connectivity problems. Visit the manufacturer's website for your network adapter and download the latest drivers for your operating system.
3. Reset Network.
- Search for CMD, open and find the command prompt (, run in administrator) mode
- In the command box that pops up, enter the following commands (after each line is completed, enter the next one)
ipconfig /release ipconfig /renew ipconfig /flushdns ipconfig /registerdns netsh int ip reset netsh winsock reset netsh winhttp reset proxy - Restart the computer to see if the problem can be solved.
- Reset network settings.
- Press the windows + R key combination on your keyboard and type inetcpl.cpl to open Internet Options.
- Click Advanced and check "Use SSL 3.0", "Use TLS 1.0", "Use TLS 1.1", "Use TLS 1.2".
- Restart the computer after applying the settings to see if the problem can be solved.
- Reset Proxy Server Settings.
- Press windows + R on your keyboard, type inetcpl.cpl and open Internet Options.
- Click Connections, click LAN Settings, check whether the Proxy Server column is checked. If it is, uncheck it and click OK.
- Restart your computer after applying the program to see if the problem can be solved.
If there is anything unclear or I can't understand your problem, please do not hesitate to let me know.
