Anonymous

Good day, my HP LAPTOP 15-ef1041nr used to have a touchscreen but no longer does. The Pen and Touch on the settings is now indicated as "No pen or touch input is available for this display."

Question: What should I do to make it touchscreen work again?

Thanks.

    Hello,

Thanks for reaching out! I'm Microsoft user like you.

Please right click on Start Button -> Device Manager -> Expand the Human Interface Devices list -> Right-click the HID-compliant touch screen device, and then click Uninstall it.

Reboot your computer then Enable it again from Device Manager.

If issue still persisits then please download this Diagnostics tool from HP to investigate hardware related issues in your Laptop.
