Does anyone have an answer to this question? First of all, when you go to the OneDrive file within C: it says the files are all corrupt. So that is clearly the problem. Microsoft's last install of the corrupt files was in Sept '23. There have not been any tech support or updates since then to fix the problem? There is no customer service number to call and get the issue taken care of either? How will I get this resolved?

    Hello CodG6,

    I am Jaspreet Singh.

Visit this location in your system :

C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\Microsoft\OneDrive (Replace USERNAME with your account username for your system)

Once in the folder look for a folder with number like 23.169.0813.0001_1

Open this folder and look for OneDriveSetup.exe

Double click on it and let it process.

Once done restart your system and open onedrive again from start/all apps.
