"Hey guys,

I have a Huawei D15 2021 AMD edition with 8 GB RAM and a Ryzen 5 3500u. Until last weekend my Bluetooth worked with no problem. But I think it was after an update Bluetooth ceased to exist. I installed multiple things until I uninstalled something. I don't know what I did so can somebody help?"?

Hello there, I'm Gopal an Independent Advisor. I will try my best to help you.

You can try rolling back the Bluetooth driver to a previous version to see if it resolves the issue.

Press the Windows key + X on your keyboard and select Device Manager from the menu that appears.

In the Device Manager window, locate and expand the Bluetooth category.

Right-click on the Bluetooth adapter and select Properties.

In the Properties window, go to the Driver tab.

Click on the Roll Back Driver button if it is available. This will revert the Bluetooth driver to the previous version.

Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the rollback process.

I hope this will help you to sort out the issue. Please let me know if you need further assistance. Thank you!

    Regards,

    Gopal

    Appreciating your efforts!

Please try to restart the Bluetooth services and check if that helps

Press Win + R to open the Run dialog box.

Type services.msc and press Enter. This will open the Services window.

Scroll down and find the service named Bluetooth Support Service.

Right-click on Bluetooth Support Service and select Restart. If the Restart option is greyed out, select Start instead.

If the issue persists, you can perform the clean boot option

Right-click on the Bluetooth adapter and select Properties.

    Hey there,

there is no option that says Bluetooth as I posted here, but an update, I installed an Intel Driver on the laptop but it didn't do anything.

    Thx,

    Arnav
