The game stuck on loading when I playing Microsoft Solitaire Collection Events.

As the topic, I've played Mini Pyramid Event today. The game stuck on loading over 5 minutes when I finished the 4th challenge. But as the result, these 5 minutes were all added to my clearance time, and caused me lose the chance to get the top rankings in this event.

    My Brother-in-law has same problem, but it just won't load at all, nothing to do with events, it just stopped working at all, I have uninstalled & reinstalled the game several times, I have even reset his computer completely & still the same issue. This has been going on for months, he only plays the free version, many updates have come & gone and still no fix

    Yeah~ This is the problem I've met indeed. I think the problem should mainly occur on the Xbox cloud network, I hope that the next few game updates can solve this problem.

    I am sorry to know that you are experiencing this issue. I see. Let us uninstall and reinstall it and see if this helps, please follow the steps given below:

    1. Click on the Windows/Start button and type settings and open it.
    2. Go to Apps & Features and choose Solitaire Collection or whatever the name of the game is in your case.
    3. Choose uninstall it.
    4. Once uninstalled, please open Microsoft Store and search for the game in question.
    5. Once found, please install it and check how it is performing now.

    I have uninstalled and re installed twice nd each time it starts , let’s me click on the game, shows advertising then locks up loading, I have to shut down my computer to get it to stop
