You can find out how to take over a folder online.

I am Dave, I will help you with this.
if you are using the Microsoft Store version of the Launcher, then that is located in its own folder inside C:Program Files\WindowApps and that is the most protected folder in Windows to ensure the integrity of all Microsoft Store apps and games, that folder is not accessible.
To see the exact location, open Task Manager, then select the Processes tab.
Right click any column header on that window and tun on the Command Line column, you will find the exact location in that column.
