    If the tools found nothing, I believe this threat has already been removed from the system.

    Confirm this by going to the folder where the threat was detected and seeing if the file is there.

    The threat was found in the folder: "C:\Users\court\Downloads"
    The name of the infected file is: "Unconfirmed 513218.crdownload"

    If the file is not in the mentioned folder, do the following:

    1. Open File Explorer, paste the address below into the address bar, and press Enter:

    C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows Defender\Scans\History\Service\

    1. Inside this folder, delete the folder "DetectionHistory";
    2. Then restart your computer.

    Then, see if the notification is no longer present and run a scan now using Defender, just in case.

    Thanks for the screenshot.

    I suggest you do a full scan using Microsoft Safety Scanner. Download from the link below.

    https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/securi...

    Also, do a full scan using Malwarebytes as a second opinion.

    Download through this link: https://malwarebytes.com/

    IMPORTANT: When installing, a 14-day trial will be activated. I suggest disabling this trial to avoid conflict with your current antivirus. Access the Malwarebytes settings (gear icon at the top of the window), tab "Account" and click "Disable".

    After scanning, you can uninstall it.

    See the results of these tools after the scan is completed.
