Recently I found that the windows is not using the dedicated graphics card in my asus tuf a15 laptop but using the internal grahics card of the amd processor. When I tried to update the grahics driver it is saying that this version of windows 11 is not compatible with the graphics card. How to solve this?

This error occurs if a device that was previously connected to the computer is no longer connected. This is a hardware problem, this error is shown when the motherboard doesn't recognize the graphics card.

You will need to contact Asus support, they will be able to help you identify what is causing the problem and guide you on how to fix it. You can see at this link how to contact Asus support.

    Hi, Jay,

Sorry to hear you're experiencing this issue.

It could be a problem with the version of the driver, a corruption on the Windows files, or a problem with the graphics card itself. Please provide some more details to help identify what is causing this problem. Are you using a laptop or a desktop? Which is the full model of your computer/laptop or motherboard?

Also, attach a screenshot of the System Information Page:

1-Right-click on Start then click on Run

2-Type: msinfo32 and click on Ok

And a screenshot of the version of the graphics driver installed:

1-Right-click on Start then click on Device Manager

2-Click to expand the Display adapters

3-Right-click on the graphics card driver and click on properties

4-Take a screenshot of the General and Driver tab

You can see at this link how to include a screenshot in your post.
