Where can I find my microsoft pin/reset it without a computer with windows os

I lost my pin and cant seem to reset it without a device with windows os

    I understand you want to reset the PIN.

    It's not possible to reset the PIN without a device. You can do it from the same device the PIN belongs to. It's because when you add a PIN to a device, Windows stores it on that particular device.

    Use the same device and try to log in. If you don't remember the PIN, use the "I forgot my PIN" option and follow instructions to reset it.

    If you don't see I forgot my PIN, select Sign-in options and then select Enter your password.

    Hi Ravi,

    Your information is very helpful though I am on your Instruction guide so far and I hit forgot password then it routed me to my email.

    which is ******@mediaalliellc.com after it asked me for the code that they sent to that email. Now my question is that I don't know where to see the code that they sent and I am not sure to if Microsoft or google account.. Please reply ASAP. Thanks

    if that's the case, is the Microsoft account now unusable? is it possible for the Microsoft team to reset the pin on their side?

    In this case, it's not possible to reset the PIN. You need that particular device.
