Convert render-only display to full display

In my Windows system, when I do DirectX Diagnostic, I have the full display device as intel UHD graphics and I have NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3050 Laptop GPU as the rendering device but designated to be render only display device. How can I change NVIDIA to by the full display device in windows 11? I just hope to use CUDA in visual studio… If this cannot be done on Windows 11, can I do the manual change in the WSL2? Can Ubuntu subsystem use the NVIDIA as its primary device without being restricted to be the render-only? Happy Thanksgiving!

    Hi, Dave.

Thank you for your suggestions. I went to the BIOS but I couldn't find iGPU enable/disable options. The only things near to your suggestions are Intel Virtualization technology or VT-d both are currently enabled in my BIOS. Would those options be what you are suggesting? there is no option called iGPU. I don't want to ruin my working system thus I am a bit afraid to experiment... Could you guide whether those Intel Virtualization technology or VT-d are any good to designate the NVIDIA as full display device? Thank you again!

Hi, I am Dave, I will help you with this.

Boot your PC into BIOS, check in there, the PC manufacturer may have a setting that allows you to disable the integrated Intel graphics (iGPU), if there is no setting in the Nvidia control panel like Optimus, that will be the only method to do this.
