How do I sign out from my Microsoft account without signing out of Windows 10?

I used my PC for a year without signing in to any Microsoft account. Yesterday, in Windows settings, I signed into my MS account, in an attempt to solve an issue with Microsoft Family Safety. I want to sign back out from MS on my PC (Windows 10) and continue as a regular Windows, non-MS user.

Windows settings never showed my email address before (this is my Microsoft ID) and now it does. I want to disassociate my PC from my MS account.

Edition Windows 10 Pro
Version 22H2
Installed on ‎4/‎7/‎2022
OS build 19045.3930
Experience Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.19053.1000.0

Thank you.
