Windows 10 64-bit BSOD

Hi so last night I encountered a BSOD while playing, the BSOD resulted in my monitor lights blinking while having no display but my hardware was still running. I fixed it by restarting the PC and after a quick diagnosis and self-repair (run automatically by Windows) it just worked. Today it happened again while playing Halo: MCC (To be more detailed Halo ran and I was in the first mission in the armory but after like sometime maybe 2 minutes not even getting past the tutorial it froze the system and the audio looped for a bit, it then restarted and the system is now running). I went to the event viewer and this is what I got,

"The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck.  The bugcheck was: 0x0000007e (0xffffffffc0000005, 0xfffff804690b1a6d, 0xfffff38ecd466e58, 0xfffff38ecd466690). A dump was saved in: C:\WINDOWS\MEMORY.DMP. Report Id: 912f38d5-74b7-43ee-acfb-d6da7ab40a27."

Any idea as to how to fix this? In the meantime, I'll try and update my video card driver and maybe some other drivers.

Hi Dog3ismyc1ty, I am a Microsoft user like you, try to help you solve this problem together!

The computer "blue screen""black screen" restart "abnormal problems are mostly caused by the installation of incompatible or problematic third-party applications (such as anti-virus software) or hardware drivers (such as graphics drivers), a small part of the reason is due to the hardware itself and Microsoft Windows products and components caused by abnormal.

You can perform the following general actions to try to fix the problem

If you can enter the system normally (or enter safe mode), do the following:

    1. Eliminate interference from third-party software If there are a lot of three-party software, it is recommended to uninstall the protection class and the nearby installed or updated software first.
    2. Troubleshooting hardware driver issues Rollback recently installed hardware drivers in Device Manager (Note: Rollback function is only available when logged in with administrator account and previous versions of drivers have been installed), such as graphics cards. If the fallback option is not available, uninstall the graphics driver first, and manually install the latest driver on the brand's official website.
    3. Troubleshooting update issues Remove the most recently installed update from the list of installed updates or roll back the previous version

If the above methods cannot be solved, please collect and upload 3-5 minidump files according to the following methods, so as to provide further support for blue screen fault resolution!

Press Windows+R, type "sysdm.cpl," open System Properties> Advanced> Startup and Recovery> Settings, write debug information> select "Small Memory Dump (256KB)," path select Default, OK and restart your computer.

After the exception occurs again, you can go to C:\Windows\Minidump to extract the dump log file, save the dump log file to OneDrive, and then generate a link by sharing.

Hope the above advice helps you! If not resolved, please click "Reply" to feed back relevant information and pictures
