Logitech g402 stopped working on my computer but works on other devices fine?

My mouse wheel click stopped working and i went to update the driver in device manager and chose the option (browse my computer for drivers/Let me pick from a list of available drivers on my computer)I had two options both were HID-compliant device and on actident i chose the first one and my mouse stopped working and disapeared from device manager, mouse works on other computers just not mine anyone had this problem and how do i fix it?

    Knowing that your Logitech mouse scroll wheel click stops working and is not recognised by the system after reselecting the driver, this looks like a driver incompatibility, usually Logitech mice come with a separately installed driver, let's try replacing the driver first, you can go to consult Logitech's official manufacturer's support to download the original driver for the corresponding model of the mouse and override the installation to your device. You can consult Logitech official support to download the original driver for the corresponding mouse model and overlay it into your device.
