    when I try to create a legacy component and use realteck audio as an option it crashes

    Hey I just tried to update the driver from device manager and when I click on realteck audio it crashed and now it's boot looping what do I do?

    Hi, I am Dave, I will help you with this.

    Go to the support page for your laptop on the Lenovo website, then from there, download and manually re-install the Intel graphics drivers, Audio drivers and chipset drivers they provide, do not just update your drivers and while there, check for any BIOS update that may be available and not yet installed.
