Product not working and support can't fix it so they've shut me out of support

Dear Microsoft,

I am having an extremely frustrating and time consuming issue with Microsoft and want to complain about the treatment I've received.

Microsoft did an automatic update on my Surface laptop (windows 10) and now office 365 no longer works. I need this for my work and it's thrown me off course and caused delays. I tried repairing it and modifying it, neither worked, so I also tried uninstalling it and then reinstalling it. I have received serveral error codes. 147-0, 30016-13 and the message '365 and Office are busy'.

I called customer support and politely described my issue. The admin said she had never seen these error messages before and put me on hold several times, then put me on hold for an hour and didn't come back. I waited for an hour but I had to close the call as it was taking too long, so you marked it as 'resolved'. You have, unbelievably blocked me and my number, so whenever I try to get through to youeither online or on the phone, the system just throws me out and says I have to go to Microsoft.com for answers!

What kind of appauling treatment of customers is this for a company of this size? I bought a product and it no longer works, so it's up to you, Microsoft to fix this free of charge and not to cover things up. I was going to buy another Surface, but I won't now as this really puts me off this company. Very disrepectful and smoke and mirrors, make me very suspiscious of you. I think I will make a Youtube video about this as I think people need to be aware of the kind of customer service this company thinks is acceptable. I look forward to hearing your response and getting this issue fixed.

    This process should work.

Open the Settings App, then go to Apps and Features, is there more than one version of Microsoft Office installed on your PC?

Hi, I am Dave, I will help you with this, Community is just a user to user forum.

Use this tool from Microsoft to remove all remnants of any previous Office Installation:

    https://aka.ms/SaRA-officeUninstallFromPC

Restart (not shut down) your PC

Go to https://account.microsoft.com/services/ and re-install Office from there
