Missing Windows 10 power plan features

Hi everyone!

I have an error about missing advanced power plan settings in powercfg.cpl,is show not enough like this:

Windows for home | Windows 10 | Settings

    Some of these options from the power plan have been hidden by default in later versions of Windows. Here's how you can add them using the command prompt.
