I want to activate my pc windows 11 pro with a genuine product key, do i just go to accounts and change product key?

so I bought a prebuilt w10 system activated by KMSpico few years back and i updated it to windows 11 because i like the user interface. after that some of my games wont run and requires secure boot. whenever i enable it, my PC wont boot (led cycle)

Is it possible to just change my product key to a genuine w11 one?

i don't what to do a clean install because i have no other backup drives for my files.

    Hi Van. thank you for your time. i tried to uninstall the kmspico but it didn't show up on control panel (add remove program)i tried to use the search bar and i did find the uninstaller for kmspico, the second i ran the file defender pops up and the uninstaller was interrupted i think?

    i go to activation and change the product key and its successful but when i check on my Microsoft devices it still says default string on serial number
    i restarted my PC and its the same.

    anything i could have done differently?
