Hi Community Members,
If anyone can help on this issue please it would be really greatfull.
Thanks!
Sorry i can't help you.
Someone else may be able to.
Hi Bill,
Thanks so much for reply.
I contacted ISP and they checked everything from their side and mentioned no issue from internet side.
And moreover , FYI...i am able to connect another Laptop, Mobile device and even my TV with same network so there seems no problem at internet side.
Even i could think problem at internet side if this Laptop used to connect with other internet mediums like Mobile Hotspot, LAN Cable but its not connecting with any medium, so its problem with Laptop/OS (may be some kind of upgrades or incompatibility with Drivers etc.)
Could you please provide me the possible solution which can fix this problem.
Regards,
Pawan
And what did your ISP (Internet Service Provider) have to say about this when you contacted them about the LAN and Wi-fi connection failure?
