Not able to connect using LAN, Wifi and monile Hotspot in my Laptop

Hello Support Team,

I have having HP Pavilion 15 Notebook PC installed with Windows 8.1 Single Language 64-bit and suddenly stopped connecting to any network. I am trying to connect with LAN Cable/Wifi and Mobile Hotspot but in all the cases it does not connect. I applied maximum solution searched online but nothing has worked. Below is the details of issue in all the cases. Can you please provide me the solution of this issue as i am struggling for more than a week and it would be really appreciated.

1. If i connect LAN cable and troubleshoot using Troubleshoot problems

    Hi Bill,

    Thanks so much for reply.

    I contacted ISP and they checked everything from their side and mentioned no issue from internet side.

    And moreover , FYI...i am able to connect another Laptop, Mobile device and even my TV with same network so there seems no problem at internet side.

    Even i could think problem at internet side if this Laptop used to connect with other internet mediums like Mobile Hotspot, LAN Cable but its not connecting with any medium, so its problem with Laptop/OS (may be some kind of upgrades or incompatibility with Drivers etc.)

    Could you please provide me the possible solution which can fix this problem.

    And what did your ISP (Internet Service Provider) have to say about this when you contacted them about the LAN and Wi-fi connection failure?
