Hello Teddy Lynch,
Thank you for coming back to us!
Thanks for your reply, your computer problem seems to be more serious and not limited to specific applications or tasks, and it is not possible to get the blue screen logs, in this case, we can try to carry out some possible options:
- Update drivers
Make sure all your hardware drivers are up-to-date, including graphics cards, sound cards, network cards, etc. Sometimes outdated drivers may cause system instability.
- You can try to check and repair your system using DISM and SFC.
To do so, right-click Start > Terminal/PowerShell/Command Prompt (Administrator) and type the following command:
DISM /ONLINE /CLEANUP-IMAGE /RESTOREHEALTH
SFC /SCANNOW
After running the command, provide a screenshot of the output (or paste it) and then reboot. Check if the problem still exists.
- Clean boot
I recommend trying a clean boot which starts Windows with a minimal set of drivers and startup programs. It can be used to determine whether a background service or program is interfering or causing a problem.
These steps of "clean boot" might look complicated at first glance. However, to avoid any trouble for you, please follow them in order and step-by-step.
If your situation continues, then you may need to try another troubleshooting program. I look forward to hearing from you!
Best Regards ,
