I have a Lenovo ThinkPad Yoga 11e that have a touch screen, but the touch is not working, so I tried factory resetting the device and restarting, it have not fixed the problem, I tried looking for updates but not sure if they apply to the screen, and when I go through "This PC", right clicked and chosen "Properties" , under the section "Pen and Touch" it says the following- "No Pen or Touch Input is available for this Display" even though it does have a touch screen, I tried Lenovo Vantage but couldn't find any updates, can anyone please help me find a solution to the problem?

Hello there, I'm Gopal an Independent Advisor. I will try my best to help you.

Please try to disable and re-enable touchscreen Hardware and see if that helps

In the search box on the taskbar, type device manager, then select Device Manager.

Select the arrow next to Human Interface Devices and then select HID-compliant touch screen. (There may be more than one listed.)

Select the Action tab at the top of the window. Select Disable device wait for a few seconds and Enable the device again. If there's more than one HID-compliant touchscreen device listed, perform steps 2–3 for that one too.

    Regards,

    Gopal

Unfortunately, and somehow, it does not have the driver, the only drivers I can see in the “Human Interface Devices” with “HID-compliant” name are “HID-compliant consumer control device” and “HID-compliant system controller”

Is there anywhere I can get the driver as I need the touch working on the device

In this case, you can manually download and install the driver from the computer manufacturer's website
