Hello all,
I am currently in the process of trying to locate where exactly the default profile is setup.
The situation is as follows, I work for an offshore company, we use Citrix and VM's for the users. When the users initially logs in, their outlook is configured with a profile named "Offshore," however this profile is not configured correctly and always requires a help desk call and for a service desk employee to remote to their machine and create a new outlook profile which will correctly use autofill with the exchange information.
How do I edit this default profile, where do I find the link? How do I change this setup?
I've looked everywhere, I believe I have found the script that's controlling it in Netlogon in a folder named script_archives, however I cannot find anything that would cause this script to run through group policy or otherwise. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi @Jared Jarvis

however this profile is not configured correctly

    What is not configured correctly?

If you are looking for the default profile location, you could find it in register.

Below is the default profile’s location.

    Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Office\16.0\Outlook\Profiles\user

You also could follow below steps to delete the default profile and create a new one.

Go to control pane > Mail > show Profiles > remove
