Here are the steps you can follow:
- Click Start and select Settings (the gear icon).
- Go to Devices > Bluetooth & other devices.
- Find the Bluetooth device you want to reset and click it.
- Click the Remove device button.
- Click Yes on the pop-up interface to continue.
Now, you have successfully reset the Bluetooth device. After removing the device, you can add it back:
- Go back to Devices > Bluetooth & other devices.
- Click on Add Bluetooth or other device.
- Select Bluetooth in the list of options.
- Your computer will start scanning for nearby Bluetooth devices.
- Click on your device’s name to pair it with your computer.
If you’re still having trouble, you might want to check if Bluetooth is enabled on your computer. You can do this by selecting the system tray icon in the lower-right corner of the screen and looking at the Bluetooth icon. If it’s dim, Bluetooth is turned off. Select the Bluetooth icon to turn it on.
