My PC's windows edition is : Windows 10 pro education and version is: 21H2.

My PC have Intel Core i5 7200U CPU @ 2.50 GHz and this processor is in the list of supported CPUs for Windows 11 requirements. Then also I am not able to get the windows 11 update because the system is telling that my processor is not currently supported for this update.

How can i fix this problem and get the update?

    Hello,

Unfortunately, i5-7200U processor is not compatible for Windows 11, according to Microsoft.

Please check with official Windows 11 list of supported processors:

    https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-hardware/design/minimum/supported/windows-11-supported-intel-processors

You can currently stay on Windows 10 which is supported through year 2025.

You can drop a feedback to Microsoft about this, using Feedback hub app.

    Regards.
