My computer says I have no space, but nothing is taking up my storage

My computer says I have 48.5 out of 237 GB. I have very few games and they don't take up much space, I've deleted all my pictures, and I deleted things that took up a lot of space. How do I know what's taking up the space, and is there a way to fix it? I need more space, around 100 GB, but I have nothing else to get rid of and I don't know what else to try. (try to dumb it down lol, I'm not too tech-savvy)

My laptop is Windows 11 Home

    It was nothing, it's a pleasure to be able to try to help you.

    If they are just system files, there are not many options to free up more space.

    Anyway, as I mentioned in the previous answer, you can download the TreeSize tool from the store to assess what else is taking up space on your disk.

    Hello Olive, how are you?

    I understand that your computer has no more space available.

    Press Windows+X, select Disk Manager and share a screenshot please?

    To do this, you must clean the system.

    1. Press Windows and type Disk Cleanup, press Enter;
    2. In the tool window, select OK;
    3. After opening it, select Clean system files;
    4. In the list of items to clean, select Windows Update Cleanup and also Previous Windows Installation, probably the largest items that consumed the space.
    5. Click OK to perform the cleaning, if any information appears you can confirm and wait for the cleaning.

    Check if the space is freed again.

    After freeing up some space, I recommend downloading the TreeSize tool and evaluating which folders are consuming a lot of space and delete it if it's not system file folders.

    Thank you, the disk cleanup freed up a bit of space but not much. I'm still low on space and it deleted everything that it could. All I really have left are system files
