What chats are safe for a 10 year old?

What chats are you able to give to a 10-year-old? I know someone who has a kid who really likes to chat with people across the world! My friend's kid is even talking to someone in Europe!

    It is hard to say what social media or application or communication tool is safe. They are several ways children could communicate as long as they are connected to internet. It could be email, social media , etc. However, you will need to develop a healthy online lifestyle for them. One good start would be using Microsoft Family Safety which is Microsoft Family Safety | Microsoft 365 and enable it on all devices which are being used by the child.
