Anche io ho lo stesso problema.
Sembrerebbe un bug dei processori i7 di 12th, è veramente assurdo. Ho un altro laptop i7 13th e non mi dà problemi con lo stesso controller collegato.

I bought this laptop specifically to make and perform music live a few months ago, however I'm running into small hiccups, audio drop outs etc. when I run Reaper, Traktor, Reaktor, or even just watching youtube videos. I've done the obvious, like play with the buffer settings, try different drivers (I'm using a Motu m4 audio interface), tweaked powers settings, following windows 11 optimization guides for audio, etc.. According to LatencyMon, the issues seems to be specifically related to ACPI.sys, however I have no idea how exactly to remedy this.
Is it at all possible to run Windows 11 on a laptop without any audio droppouts?? Help!

CONCLUSION
_________________________________________________________________________________________________________
Your system appears to be having trouble handling real-time audio and other tasks. You are likely to experience buffer underruns appearing as drop outs, clicks or pops. One or more DPC routines that belong to a driver running in your system appear to be executing for too long. One problem may be related to power management, disable CPU throttling settings in Control Panel and BIOS setup. Check for BIOS updates.
LatencyMon has been analyzing your system for 0:24:52 (h:mm:ss) on all processors.

MEASURED INTERRUPT TO USER PROCESS LATENCIES
_________________________________________________________________________________________________________
The interrupt to process latency reflects the measured interval that a usermode process needed to respond to a hardware request from the moment the interrupt service routine started execution. This includes the scheduling and execution of a DPC routine, the signaling of an event and the waking up of a usermode thread from an idle wait state in response to that event.
Highest measured interrupt to process latency (µs): 10533.90
Average measured interrupt to process latency (µs): 14.796391
Highest measured interrupt to DPC latency (µs): 10460.90
Average measured interrupt to DPC latency (µs): 3.611681

REPORTED HARD PAGEFAULTS
_________________________________________________________________________________________________________
Hard pagefaults are events that get triggered by making use of virtual memory that is not resident in RAM but backed by a memory mapped file on disk. The process of resolving the hard pagefault requires reading in the memory from disk while the process is interrupted and blocked from execution.
NOTE: some processes were hit by hard pagefaults. If these were programs producing audio, they are likely to interrupt the audio stream resulting in dropouts, clicks and pops. Check the Processes tab to see which programs were hit.
Process with highest pagefault count: msmpeng.exe
Total number of hard pagefaults 8926
Hard pagefault count of hardest hit process: 4204
Number of processes hit: 23

As a start;
By default, win 11 update auto updates only critical win updates, and nothing else unless you have made the mistake of selecting the "Get latest updates" option, and if you have turn it off.
You obtain both Bios & Drivers updates from the PC Maker, there should be a shortcut on your system to that makers update utility, and no other source.
Set bios to defaults & Pwr to balanced, to test
