Farbar is a trusted tool. See if you can unblock the file and run it.

Right-click on the downloaded file, click Properties, and click Unblock.

    Run the file.

One of your startup programs is trying to load the libcurl.dll module, part of the Curl package. But it's important to know which app is trying to load the file.

    • Let the error message dialog remain on the screen. Don't close it yet.
    • Download Farbar Recovery Scan Tool (FRST64.exe) [See also: Collect Farbar Recovery Scan Tool logs.]
    • Rename FRST64.exe to EnglishFRST64.exe.
    • Run the program. Don't check or uncheck any options. Click "Scan".
    • Upload the two logs, FRST.txt and Addition.txt, to your OneDrive and share the link here.
