Recently, I’ve added a few drivers to my computer but it broke my computer and was stuck on a loop of blue screens, so I went into WinRE and tried to restore a point, but I forgot my password, so I ended up erasing my computer and it was stuck in a bootloop of loading in the installation, telling me an error had occurred, and needed to restart, bsod’ing, and repeat.

For future reference, this fixed it for me from command line window
ren c:\windows\system32\drivers\amdsfhkmdf.sys amdsfhkmdf.sys.old
