    Hey there!

My name is Ravi, and I am an independent advisor. I am happy to help you. :)

I understand how confusing and concerning it can be to get "Access Denied" for the C drive.

    You can try this solution.

    1. Go to safe mode.
    2. Search for cmd in the search box.
    3. Right-click on it to run as an administrator
    4. Type " net user administrator /active:yes
    5. Restart again
    6. Then you can log in as an administrator
    7. Then go for C: > Properties > Security > Edit > Tick all permissions to your user.

To log in safe mode, you can follow these steps:

1). On the Windows sign-in screen, press and hold the Shift key while you select Power >> Restart

2). After your PC restarts to the Choose an option screen, select Troubleshoot >> Advanced options >> Startup Settings >> Restart.

3). After your PC restarts, you'll see a list of options. Select 4 or F4 to start your PC in safe mode. Or if you'll need to use the internet, select 5 or F5 for Safe Mode with Networking.

Feel free to get in touch again if you have any additional questions.

    Cheers,

    Ravi
