How to delete all paired Bluetooth devices

Hi. I would like to know how to clear out the list of paired Bluetooth devices from Windows 10. I have a device that has formed hundreds of pairing registrations. It will take forever to individually clear them all. I've since turned off the Bluetooth connection on the offending device. How do I now "erase"the list and start clean?

    Hi John,

I'm Paul and I'm here to help you with your concern.

You can use Powershell to edit the paired Bluetooth devices registry. Create a System Restore or backup the Registry before proceeding.

    > Open PowerShell as Admin.

    > Enter: Remove-Item -Path HKLM:\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\BTHPORT\Parameters\Devices\* -Recurse

    > Close PowerShell and restart the PC.

I hope this helps. Feel free to ask back any questions and keep me posted.

    Hi John,

I have "Devices" Folder in the registry empty and no devices in Bluetooth branch in device manager.
But in control panel I have three devices I cant neither remove or connect.
    Please check picture.

    How I can solve this?

I was getting the error "Couldn't verify additional factor. Please use a different sign-in option." with Windows Hello for Business due to having a bad pairing of my phone via BT, and it couldn't be removed via the GUI or Device Mgr... so this allowed me to remove all paired connections... re-pair the phone and now things are working as expected. Thanks!
