Volume Slider Appearing and Won't Go Away

Hello, I am having an issue with Windows 11. The volume slider popup at the bottom of my screen will randomly appear, and I don't know how to get rid of it. This also comes with a few effects including my cursor disappearing when it's still, videos playing for a fraction of a second and stopping, and the volume randomly increasing without any input. I don't know if this is a virus or not. I uninstalled any unnecessary software and have run Avast One's scans multiple times to no avail. If you can help with this issue, I will greatly appreciate it.

    1. Refresh explorer.exe

    On Windows 11:

    1. Run the Audio troubleshooter Click on the Start menu and type Troubleshoot and then press enter

Find the Audio option and then run it
