i am trying to add the software on to my desktop to be able to run my new dtf printer and i keep getting the error message. please help! here is the log file.

    You can upload a screenshot of the error report, we will help you analyze the problem of your computer, and secondly, you can uninstall the software through the Control Panel > Uninstall a program, and then re-download it to see if your problem is solved?
