Hello, welcome to the Microsoft community.

Based on your feedback, is your computer constantly making the sound of USB plugging and unplugging?

So you can try updating the drivers on the motherboard.

You can try the following operations:

In my experience, this kind of situation usually occurs when the interface is constantly being recognized.

I can give you some troubleshooting steps:

    1. Unplug all USB devices from the computer to see if the problem still exists.
    2. Reinsert the device that is causing the issue. If the problem occurs again, try changing to a different USB port for further testing.
    3. If the problem persists, try connecting the device to another computer for further confirmation.
    4. You can also try plugging in other USB devices to see if the same problem occurs.

If there are no issues when you plug in other USB devices, and the problem occurs when you switch back to the original USB device on both your computer and another computer, it means there is an issue with that device.

If any USB device plugged into your computer has this problem

In addition, you can choose to disable the system sound prompts.

You can right-click on the sound icon in the lower right corner, open the sound synthesizer, and then turn off the system sound.

Hope the above information is helpful to you.
