I'm having the same exact error as him but nothings crashing but I can't update windows and all the other fixes in other threads don't help, I've tried deleting the downloads pending and reinstalling them and even tried the windows 22h download assistant and just yesterday I tried resetting my pc and then updating but it didn't work I'm desperate and can't update windows. please help

Post more information about the crash. Any error messages or error codes? When does the crash occur?
What's your system configuration -- post the processor and memory specs.
Are you running any memory-intensive apps?
Open Task Manager and see which process consumes high CPU or Memory usage. Post a screenshot.
By the way, the Windows Update troubleshooter report you posted above has nothing to do with your system's performance.

The status "The requested service has already been started." means the BITS service is started and running, which is good. No action is needed from your end.
Let me know if you're facing any Windows Update issues.
