i have a pentium e5700 processor that cpu's base speed is 300ghz but iam getting only upto 2.80ghz not getting full maximum power how to fix it... i have an ssd also

    Boot your PC into BIOS, do you find ant settings in there for the Intel Processor, I do not think that model supports Turboboost or Speed Stepping.

    MY POWER PLAN IS SET TO BE HIGH PERFOMANCE AND I HAVE ISSUE WITH NOT GETTING BASE SPEED 3.00 GHZ I WILL PROVIDE SCREENSHOT

    Sorry, I was offline

    Go back into the Msconfig utility and disable that setting you have set, set number of processors to 1 and uncheck the box above that, then restart ((not shut down) your PC.

    Click your Start button, then just type msconfig and press Enter.

    Select the Boot Tab on the resulting utility, then click 'Advanced Options'

    Please provide a screenshot of the resulting dialog.

    Open the old Control Panel, then set View at the top to icons.

    Open Power Options, what power plan is set on your PC?
