I have the same issue, however, this has only started to occur since reverting to the "old" style outlook.

Using the New Outlook style I do not get this issue (but at the loss of functionality!).

I rolled back as Microsoft allow rules to be sent on non-Microsoft emails (e.g. Gmail) however this "feature" is not available in the new version and the promotional clutter was filling my inbox.

I am currently searching for a way to resolve this - the pop-up notification accepts my credentials (as it fails if the password is input incorrectly), however despite ticking the "remember me" setting it does not remember me!

The cynic inside of me thinks Microsoft has done this to force you off the old version of Outlook and force you to migrate to a Microsoft address to make use of the features that you previously got used to but no longer work (e.g simple rules) in the new version.

I get this notification also very often.

But only when Outlook is started.

    I don't use Google workspace.

    Does anybody has a solution.

    It drives me crazy.

    Hi,

The image you provided is with an issue with google calendar. So please check up if you are having any application which is accessing google calendar.

If you are using outlook please check if you are having google calendar added there.

As you are using google workspace please check where the calendar is being required.

It will not be possible to exactly say which software is causing it but it is not a device level issue. It is an application issue and these prompts are normal security prompts from google so that unauthorized download of google calendar is not done.

This can be generated from the google workspace app if it is having the calendar.

So please try to isolate the event which is causing this by just using workspace app and outlook.

If you click on remember my credentials do you still get regular pop up?
