In need You help for My Wifi Problem Please

hi,

Just recently bought a Fenvi FV-AC1200 works fine with Windows 10 but when i upgraded to Windows 11 64bits didn't show up at all the Bluetooth is working but the wifi doesn't help me pls what to do

    I have almost same issue but the difference is I'm using win10 and still Bluetooth works perfectly but Wi-Fi doesn't work at all no matter what

    Hello, this is Emily.

    If you go to Fenvi's official website for driver download https://fenvi.com/drive.html?id=3&page=2 You will notice that this adapter only has driver up to Windows 10, not 11. I think that can be the issue as it doesn't have compatible driver.

    Unfortunately I am afraid not unless you go back to Windows 10. This is not something you can fix via Windows. Your wifi card manufacturer is the one who didn't provide the driver. Sorry.

    yeah i did see that but any way to make it work i can't buy a new one
