F7/F8/F9 Keys don't perform previous functions

My CRM (Maximizer) has keyboard shortcuts for the Shift+F7, F8, and Ctrl+F9.

But they've stopped working and now perform Windows tasks (like chaning screen illumination level)

These were major time saving features that I used repeatedly throughout the day.

Without them, I have to click on multiple menu items.

Is there any way to restore this functionality to my program?

    Ok, no problem. Some keyboards allow changing this behavior if you need it.

    A friend just figured out that the keyboard was optimized for gaming. When I switched back to my old keyboard, the F keys worked the way my CRM wants them to. Problem solved.

    Im using a Laptop with a keyboard. The lock is not on

    Do you see a Fn Lock indicator on your keyboard?
