Ok, no problem. Some keyboards allow changing this behavior if you need it.
F7/F8/F9 Keys don't perform previous functions
My CRM (Maximizer) has keyboard shortcuts for the Shift+F7, F8, and Ctrl+F9.
But they've stopped working and now perform Windows tasks (like chaning screen illumination level)
These were major time saving features that I used repeatedly throughout the day.
Without them, I have to click on multiple menu items.
Is there any way to restore this functionality to my program?

2024-01-08T20:59:21+00:00 A friend just figured out that the keyboard was optimized for gaming. When I switched back to my old keyboard, the F keys worked the way my CRM wants them to. Problem solved.
