Wrong language on Windows 11 login

Hello, Windows 11 login is showing in 2 languages at once, which is English and some weird language I've never seen before, even though the only language on my PC is English, I've searched online on how to fix it but no luck.

It looks like this is some kind of a bug. Here's a thread similar to this

Try reregistering the Spotlight and see if it helps

If it doesn't work, you can try using an alternate app to Windows Spotlight, such as this one, which should still give you access to the Bing wallpapers just until Microsoft fixes the issue.

    I've read the article and followed the steps (which I've actually done before posting the question, but might as well do it again to be sure), signed out of Windows and noticed no change, it looks exactly the same as before.

    Edit: I've also now noticed a slight misalignment of the image description box under the clock.

    That looks like Thai, but I'm not completely sure. Have you checked if the language for the Welcome screen is the same as your current language? You should check this article on how to change the display language to see if you have the correct settings.
