You Require Permission from "Everyone" to make changes to this folder

I am attempting to delete a folder. The pendrive is connected to my PC running Windows 11 via a USB port. I can access the folder, but when I attempt to delete the folder I receive the error message that "I need permission form everyone to make changes to this folder". I've verified that I have Administrator permission/properties for this PC (or at least I think I have). The folder does not have a "security" tab, perhaps because it's on an external device? I've read where others with a similar situation have recommended amending properties within the Security tab, but that won't work for me. I am hoping for some guidance on how to resolve my situation.

Hi, I am Dave, I will help you with this.

The USB Flash drive will not have a Security tab if it is formatted to FAT32, that is only supported on NTFS file systems.

The best and easiest option is to temporarily backup the files from that USB, re-format that drive to NTFS, then you can move your data back to the USB.
