Armoury crate does not work properly and error 0x00007FF83A893A32 .Can someone help me with this and how to fix it?

ArmouryCrate.UserSessionHelper.exe - Application Error

Theinstruction at 0x00007FF83A893A32 refernced memory at 0x0000000000000000. The memory could not be read.

Close the program by clicking the OK button.

I can't send a screenshot, but I wrote the entire error as it shows me.It only appears when I turn off the laptop (asus rog strig g15), but in between I have to turn on armory crate at least once, but even armory crate doesn't work properly.

When I turn it on, it asks for permissions, when I confirm them, it starts downloading the things it needs and then it wants to restart the system, and after restarting the system it does the same thing.

It work before, it stop working when I entered bio, I didn't change anything there, I just needed to look at something and then the error started to appear.

I tried repair and reset in the application settings in Windows, I tried a couple of powershell commands that I found on the Internet.

here is what i tried: sfc /scannow

Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth

Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth

DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

They did not find anything harmful and did not help with problems.

I also tried clean boot and mdsched.exe in cmd, but that didn't help with the problem either. What should I do next?
