Thanks a lot for your time,

i went through the links you gave, well, I dont use onedrive and I just went and deleted the app at all just in case if its working without my permission lol...

The images you sent when I open them they seem with transparent background, but as soon i click download button they change and the white background is showing. when I take them to the website trying to see maybe they can be uploaded without background but no, they are still with the background.

    :(

I have this problem for more than a month, I use canva , adobe , background remover, they all show the background is removed, the background is transparent but when downloaded it comes with the back ground!

    It really annoys,

I contacted Microsoft, they keep saying it is the apps I am using to create the image, which I totally dont agree because if it was one app I would agree, I am using different apps and having the same issue that means my system (window) has an issue

Hope anyone can help in this forum

    Thanks

    Hi Triak,

    I'm Amr, an independent advisor.

When you open the image the software will fill the transparent part so you can't see it.

Try to fill the background using this tool

    https://onlinepngtools.com/fill-transparent-png...

    Or use photoshop

I hope this is helpful. If you require any additional assistance, don't hesitate to respond to this.

This is a user-to-user support forum. We're users just like you helping other users to find solutions to their problems.

    Best Regard

    Amr

Windows 11 handles images with a transparent background just as well as Windows 10. Are you downloading the image from the Internet? There are a lot of images on web sites that appear to have a transparent background, but do not. Below is a link to three images with transparent backgrounds that I have uploaded to my Google drive. Please try them and let us know how it goes:
