Hi, i didn’t understand stand how can I contact with Xbox team, however, I buy the game from Microsoft store based on that Microsoft should fix my issue. Otherwise, please refund my money.
Hi Christine, Thanks for prompt response, regarding your questions.No error message, yes I'm trying to reinstall the game and the install has been successfully, it's the first game I installed on my laptop noting that I paid 3 JOD to get the game from your store.
