My windows 11 is using the intel integrated graphics instead of the Nvidia graphics.

Nvidia Control Panel is not opening

Driver is clearly showing in Device Manager but not showing in Task Manager.

The graphic card is also detected in Bios.

I got help from Nvidia live support but they don't able to solve this problem they claim it's a windows issue.

Some steps I have already done but not work

  1. Completely I uninstalled the driver and reinstalled
  2. I Checked in Armory Crate, its in Standard Mode not Eco Mode
  3. I updated the Graphic Driver from Nvidia Website
  4. I also updated the from from ASUS Official Driver Support Website
  5. I updated the ASUS Bios
  6. I restart the Nvidia Display Container Ls from Services
  7. I reinstalled Windows with clean setup.
  8. I downgraded to windows 10
  9. Bios settings to default.

Here is my laptop specs:

ASUS TUF F15 FX506HC
Core i15 11400H
NVIDIA RTX 3050 4GB GPU
16GB RAM

Please give me a solution of this problem

Thank you.

Usually the device hardware should be detected in BIOS and the option to disable it.

Anyways, you try other step below.

    1. Press the Windows key + R to open the Run accessory.
    2. Type services.msc in Run’s text box and click OK to open Services.
    3. Double-click the services that are related or have the name NVIDIA to open its properties window. Example: "NVIDIA Display Container LS"
    4. If that service isn’t running, press its Start button.
    5. Select Automatic from the Startup type drop-down menu.
    6. Click Apply and OK to exit.

Yeah, I suffered this problem about 1 week.
After 1 Week later Nvidia launched e new driver and I updated it by clean set up.
Then the the problem is gone.

Hi Rahat, hope you're doing well. I’m Ian, and I’m happy to help you today.

You can try to Disable and Re-enable Nvidia GPU in BIOS/UEFI:

1.Restart your computer and enter BIOS/UEFI settings.

    1. Locate the section for GPU settings.
    2. Disable the Nvidia GPU.
    3. Save and exit BIOS/UEFI settings.
    4. Restart your computer and re-enable the Nvidia GPU in BIOS/UEFI settings.
    5. Save and exit BIOS/UEFI settings.

After that do the reinstallation of NVIDIA.

This is a user-to-user support forum and I am a fellow user.

I hope this helps, but please let me know if you need anything else.
