Notifications telling me "Private" instead of the real one

Hello! How are you?

I have an issue with the notifications:

They are telling me "Private" instead of real text and when clicking on them, it does nothing.

Here's an example (sorry if the text is in Spanish):

In this example, I performed a quick scan and normally it appeared no malware, but now it tells me that is Private instead of revealing the text.

I don't have any malware, and after running SFC, no changes.

I haven't changed any of the privacy settings and I didn't install malware. My computer is not hacked.

Thank you for your answer.

Hello, thank you for reaching out to the Microsoft Community. I am here to help and provide assistance with any questions or concerns you may have.

I understand that it's appearing as "private". Since your system configuration is in Spanish, would you mind me changing the language to Spanish so I can better assist you?
