How to fix your PC couldn't start properly error

Hi,

I getting following blue error screen while switching on my laptop "Your PC couldn't start properly. After multiple retries, the operating system on your PC failed to start, so it needs to be repaired. Error code: 0xc0000001"

I tried to hold my power button and while loading again off and tried to on but "diagnosing your PC" screen is not opening instead I can see the same blue error screen

Windows for home | Windows 10 | Sleep and Power on, off

    Hi Mostaf,

    I tried all the way but couldn't enter into my PC its still in the blue screen could you please give any other solution

    I’m sorry that you are experiencing this issue.

    1. Hold down the power button for 10 seconds to turn off your device.
    2. Press the power button again to turn on your device.
    3. On the first sign that Windows has started (for example, some devices show the manufacturer’s logo when restarting) hold down the power button for 10 seconds to turn off your device.
    4. Do it twice, and then your Pc boots in the recovery environment.

    If you could not boot in the recovery environment by above steps, please refer to the below link and create a bootable USB

    to boot into Recovery Environment to do some troubleshooting.

    Run Startup Repair.

    1. Boot Into Windows Recovery Environment.
    2. Next, under Choose an option, click on Troubleshoot.
    3. Next, click on Advanced options.
    4. Click on Startup Repair. Now it will start to diagnose your PC to find issues with the start-up.
    5. Next, select a user account and enter the password.
    6. Click Continue to begin Startup repair. This process may take some time, so wait till it is complete.
