Hi Chris,
I'm Rodrigo and I'll help you.
Open the Start Menu, type regedit and press enter.
On the Registry Editor, go to the following key, you can copy and paste in the address bar:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\User Shell FoldersPlease send a screenshot of this window.
I have a folder that says "C:\User\Chris\Downloads\Downloads is missing". I have been trying to get rid of it for a while.
This all happened after my downloads file got replaced with D:\ and i followed all the instructions but i think the new file got turned into downloads\downloads.
