Can anyone help me to fix this

How to fix this

Your PC couldn't start properly

The operating system couldn't be loaded because a critical system driver is missing or contains errors

File:\windows\System32\drivers\EhStorClass.sys

Error code: 0xc0000098

You'll need to use recovery tools. If you don't have any installation media like a disc or USB device), contact your PC administrator or PC/Device manufacturer.

Hi, I am Dave, I will help you with this.

Start your PC, just as Windows attempts to load (spinning dots), press and hold Power Button for 5 - 10 seconds to perform a Hard Shut Down

    Do this twice

On the third start Windows will boot into the Recovery Environment and from there you can access System Repair, Safe Mode, Command Prompt... etc.

Go to Troubleshoot - Advanced Options - Command Prompt

Type this command and press Enter:

    chkdsk C: /f /r

Wait for that command to complete, run this command 3 times, one at a time.

    chkntfs /x c:

Type this command and press Enter:

    fsutil dirty query c:

What is returned from that command?

Type exit to come out of diskpart environment.

    Run:

    • cd /d c:\
    • dir EhStorClass.sys /s /a

    Post the screenshot.

I followed your steps, when power on first time I wait until the dots circle and then I press power button for more then 6 to 10 seconds, And second time I press power button to on I receive "Preparing for automatic repair" ,not the dotted circle Imageand it will redirect to this Recovery page.

That blue screen indicates the Enhanced Storage Class driver in Windows, that may also indicate a problem with the drive.

Can you access the recovery environment using the steps above (not F1) or does the PC just blue screen?
