error code `10 with amd usb 3.0 extensible host controller

my usb ports are not reading my usb sticks anymore.

In the control panel it says there is an error code 10 operation failed . I am on a Lenovo windows 10 .

need help fixing the ports.

    I'm Christine, a Windows user like you. Looks like your AMD USB 3.0 eXtensible Host Controller drivers are having error. No worries, I'll do my best to help you.

    May I know when did the issue start? Is there any changes made before you got this issue?

    Please send the make and model of your device. (Please press Windows key + R and type msinfo32 and hit enter, look for system model)

    Please check and follow the steps below:

    Update or Reinstall the AMD USB 3.0 eXtensible Host Controller driver

    Please press the Windows key + X

    Then click Device manager

    Kindly expand the AMD USB 3.0 eXtensible Host Controller driver

    Right click and choose "Update Driver"

    Select "Search automatically for drivers"

    If the issue persists Choose "Browse my computer for driver" instead

    and click " Let me pick from a list of available drivers on my computer"

    Choose the older version.

    If it will still the same, please uninstall the driver and restart your device.
